Item: Research Topic, Start write research, Read 3 research article
Feedback by Lecturer: Topic is too narrow, I need to write a general topic. Need to write a proposal and problem statement.
Action by Student: I wrote the problem statement, research objectives, and research questions. I found 3 articles for references and citations.
Week 3
Item: Proposal
Feedback by Lecturer: Need to prepare 2 Ui, 1 university student and social media website application articles. Need to add one more paragraph about university students and the usage of social media apps.
Action by Student: I go and research some new articles. I changed and add on some articles.
Week 4

Feedback by Lecturer: Citation related, article systematic, find more recent citation, rephrase sentences, start task 2.
Action by Student: I went and researched the article again and found a more recent article related to my article. I do some amendments on my article after Dr. Yip’s feedback.
Week 5

Feedback by Lecturer: Proposal fully complete just needs to do some amendment on citation. Article review needs to add more information. Besides that, repeated content can be deleted. Add on strength, weakness and review’s conclusion.

Feedback by Lecturer: Delete repeated titles using APA style citation replace it. Need to do corrections from week 5 feedback still not yet finished. Rephrase some sentences. Do minor corrections on these three articles.
Action by Student: I rephrase the sentences and add on some info on critical review 1, do amend after the feedback

Feedback by Lecturer: Need more justification, citation needs to be the same content, do amendments on survey questionnaires not enough relate with UI design.
Action by Students: Add on justification, Rewrite the method part and write more detail. Do amendments on survey questionnaires.

Feedback by Lecturer: Need to do Amendment on questionnaire, justify and cite the questionnaire
Action by Student: Research an article which uses the same survey method with mine and I adapt the questionnaire into my own article and do amendments on the question to let the questionnaire be more related with my own topic.

Action by Student: Collect data from friends and university campus.

Action by Student: I got 106 responses and started writing data analyst.

Action by Student: I add some content into the report and relate back to the topic. Add more citations and find related articles and insert related citations into the data analysis.
